Regular Season Schedule

Team competes weekly head to head against another team in their league
Athletes earn points for their team by completing qualifying activities listed in their sport's calendar
The team that scores the most points at the end of their weekly matchup is the winner
League standings posted every Wednesday morning
Leagues: San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara/Ventura, Kern, Santa Clarita, Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego
Team with the best record at the end of the regular season is league champion

The Consolation Bracket and the Championship Bracket will run simultaneously.

Regional Semi-Finals – 1 week (Week 7)
- 3rd and 4th place teams from each sport advance to regional semi-finals (8 teams from each division and sport, 16 total teams)
- Seeded within division – win or go home
- North Division – San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara/Ventura, Kern, Santa Clarita
- South Division – Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego
Regional Finals – 1 week (Week 8)
- Winners from Week 7 advance to regional finals (4 teams from each division, 8 total teams)
- Seeded within division – win or go home
SOSC Semi-Finals – 1 week (Week 9)
- Winners from Week 8 advance to SOSC semi-finals (2 teams from each division, 4 total teams)
- Seeded within division – win or go home
SOSC Championship – 1 week (Week 10)
- Winner from North Division plays winner of South Division to be named SOSC Consolation Champion
