Help the athletes get back in shape and be ready for when we return to in-person activities

    • Participate in a virtual workout with your coach/team

    These workouts and meetings can be done any day throughout the week that is most convenient for everyone. The new week starts on Sunday. Any exercises that are outside the athletes’ comfort zone should be modified.

    Reminders

    • Hold at least one zoom team meeting on your regularly scheduled practice day. This is listed on Saturday, but feel free to do it on a day that is most convenient for everyone.
    • Take attendance at every meeting/activity
    • Encourage regular participation so athletes are ready for return to activity
