The Healthy Lifestyle Challenge is designed to help set healthy patterns and routines for all in their daily lives.

Who Can Participate?

The SOSC Healthy Lifestyle Challenge is open to any and all participants.

All SOSC athletes are highly encouraged to participate to help their team(s) earn points.

How Does it Work?

Daily Lifestyle Challenges

Complete the daily lifestyle challenges outlined on the calendar.

  1. Daily Fitness Challenge
  2. Daily Nutrition/Hydration Challenge
  3. Mindfulness Challenges
  4. Sports-specific workout challenges
  5. "Create Your Own Movement" challenges where you can create your own fitness routine


Daily Video Challenges

Watch the daily videos and make sure to remember the code word.

  • Daily challenges will be pre recorded and hosted by volunteers, coaches, athletes, and regional SOSC staff.
  • Challenge videos will go LIVE daily on week days at 10 a.m.!
  • Mindfulness and sports-specific workout videos.
  • NEW 8/3: Live video meetups two times a day 8/3-8/7.


Record & Submit Your Daily Points

Record your daily points in the Participant Log and submit the points and code word on daily basis (by 10 a.m. the next day) to get team points for the day! A maximum of 6 points can be earned a week.

12 Week Summer Session

June 8 - August 28

  • Daily Points: You can earn 1 daily point for up to 6 videos a week for a total of 6 points per week.
  • Custom Workouts: We are adding custom workout videos presented by local fitness experts.
  • Create Your Own Movement Workouts: We are adding this format where you can create your own fitness challenge and submit a description to earn a daily point.
  • Mindfulness Videos: Work on your mental well-being.
  • Sports-specific workout videos
  • Points Incentives: Prizes you can win for earning a certain level of points.


Live Video Group Workouts

Do daily workouts together on video chat! If you attend the video chat workout, we will submit your daily points for you!

Tuesdays 4-5 p.m.


Thursdays 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
