The Healthy Lifestyle Challenge is designed to help set healthy patterns and routines for all in their daily lives.

Who Can Participate?

The SOSC Healthy Lifestyle Challenge is open to any and all participants.

All SOSC athletes are highly encouraged to participate to help their team(s) earn points.

How Does it Work?

Select a particpant type below and sign up online any time during the challenge. Note: if you already registered for a previous session, you do not need to re-register for any additional session.

Daily Lifestyle Challenges

Complete the daily lifestyle challenges outlined on the calendar.

  1. Daily Fitness Challenge
  2. Daily Hydration Challenge
  3. Daily Nutrition Challenge


Daily Video Challenges

Watch the daily videos and make sure to remember the code word.

  • All daily challenges will be pre recorded and hosted by volunteers, coaches, athletes, and regional SOSC staff.
  • Challenge videos will go LIVE daily on week days at 10 a.m.!


Record & Submit Your Daily Points

Record your daily points in the Participant Log and submit the points and code word on daily basis (by 10 a.m. the next day) to get team points for the day!

Bowling Season Update: We are postponing the Bowling Season at least until the 2020 Floor Hockey Season. We will provide an update by August 3 with information about the details for the season.
