Law Enforcement Torch Run

The real heroes of Special Olympics

More than 2,000 law enforcement officers from throughout Southern California work a whole "new beat" with Special Olympics Southern California.

Local officers go above and beyond the call of duty year-round with their participation in the Law Enforcement Torch Run®, which is Special Olympics largest grass-roots fundraiser and public awareness vehicle.

SOSC's Torch Run is one of the leading programs in the world having raised nearly $1.3 million in 2011 with participants from 120 law enforcement agencies.
