Polar Plunges: Freezin' for a Reason

2013 Polar Plunges

More than 1,000 people will weather the cold and plunge into 50 degree waters to support Special Olympics Southern California athletes in 2013. Join them and be Freezin' for a Reason! Complete our Interest Form to receive emails when details about our next Plunges become available.

Be bold and face the cold to support local Special Olympics athletes.

The Polar Plunge® is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations and businesses to support people with intellectual disabilities by jumping into the Pacific Ocean or area lakes. There are even opportunities for people who are "too chicken" to take the plunge.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for all the plunges or for a single plunge. For more information on sponsorships, please contact Martha Merle at 562.354.2614, mmerle@sosc.org.
