Over the Edge

Over the Edge is a unique and thrilling fundraising event where individuals not only raise their heart rate, but also raise funds and awareness for thousands of Special Olympics athletes in Southern California.

Through this fundraiser, people have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to rappel down the JW Marriott at LA Live on December 7.

In 2011, more than 80 thrill-seekers rappelled 158-feet down the Hyatt hotel to a cheering crowd below. The event raised more than $150,000 and helped provide more than 13,000 people with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to compete in life-changing sports.
